Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Dockers® gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off at participating locations.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
